In Toronto, Canada a police officer suggested that women should not dress “sluty” to avoid being raped. Bring your brown-bag lunch and join the Cross-Cultural Leadership Center (Meriam Library 172) on March 6th  at 12PM as we talk about the “SlutWalk” movement that stemmed from this incident.

Diversity 411 is sponsored program series by the Cross-Cultural Leadership Center in order to provide students, faculty and staff with an opportunity to explore diversity-related topics and current issues relevant to the campus and community discussion. This event occurs bimonthly at 12PM in the Cross- Cultural Leadership Center, Meriam 172) (Across from the Bell Memorial Union Marketplace).  This event is open to all students, faculty and staff and aims to provide a safe space to explore diversity through sharing personal perspectives and experiences.
